Welcome to ShopNow. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ShopNow website, mobile experience and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By browsing, registering, buying or selling on ShopNow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About ShopNow

ShopNow is an online marketplace operating in Pakistan that connects independent sellers with customers. ShopNow provides the technology, storefront and order tools, but products are listed, priced, packed and shipped by the individual sellers. Unless stated otherwise, ShopNow is not the seller of record for marketplace items and acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order or open a shop. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate, current information — including a valid name, phone number and delivery address — and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Products & Orders

Product descriptions, images, prices and availability are provided by sellers and may change without notice. We try to display information accurately, but we do not warrant that listings are error-free. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract of sale is formed only when the order is accepted and dispatched by the seller. We (or the seller) may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the order appears fraudulent — and any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. You may pay by Cash on Delivery (COD) where available — paying in cash when your order arrives — or online through our secure payment provider. ShopNow does not store full card details on its servers. For COD orders, you agree to pay the full amount to the courier on delivery; repeated COD refusals may lead to restrictions on your account.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on your location, the seller and the courier. You are responsible for providing a correct, complete delivery address and for being available to receive the order. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival; for COD orders you may check the package before paying where the courier allows it. See our Shipping, Returns & Refunds page for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within the window stated on our Refund Policy if they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Certain items — such as perishable goods, intimate or personal-care products, and made-to-order items — may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or, for COD orders, via the method agreed with our support team.

7. Seller Obligations

Sellers must list only genuine products they are legally entitled to sell, describe and photograph them accurately, keep stock and pricing current, and dispatch orders within their stated handling time. Sellers must honour the Platform’s return and refund rules and respond to customer queries promptly. Selling counterfeit, replica, prohibited or misrepresented goods, or repeatedly shipping late, may result in warnings, suspension or permanent removal.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting unlawful, infringing, offensive or misleading content; listing prohibited items (such as weapons, drugs, or counterfeit goods); attempting to take transactions off-platform; manipulating reviews; or interfering with the Platform’s security or operation.

9. Reviews & Content

By posting reviews, photos or other content, you confirm it is truthful and that you have the right to share it, and you grant ShopNow a licence to display it on the Platform. We may remove content that violates these Terms. Sellers may report a review they believe breaks the rules, but only ShopNow can edit or remove reviews.

10. Intellectual Property

The ShopNow name, logo, design and software are the property of ShopNow and protected by law. Product images and brand names belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopNow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or from dealings with sellers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

12. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Platform means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
