• Account & contact details — your name, email, phone number and password when you register.
• Order & delivery details — delivery address, items ordered and order notes.
• Payment information — for online payments, card details are entered on and processed by our secure payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. For Cash on Delivery, no card data is collected.
• Usage & device data — pages viewed, products browsed, and basic cookie identifiers used to keep you signed in, remember your cart and improve the experience.
• Communications — messages you send to sellers or our support team.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, process and deliver orders, provide Cash on Delivery and online payments, send order updates and transactional emails/SMS, respond to your queries, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with the law, and improve our products and services.

How We Share Your Information

We share only what is needed to fulfil your order: your name, delivery address and phone number are shared with the relevant seller and courier so they can pack and deliver your parcel. We use trusted service providers (payment gateways, SMS/email, hosting) who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your cart, measure traffic and (where enabled) support marketing analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site features.

Data Security & Retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and limit access to those who need it. No system is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information. We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfil orders, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

You can review and update your account details at any time, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, and request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons.

ShopNow is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
