Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–7 business days depending on your city and the seller. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan on eligible orders, so you can pay in cash when your parcel arrives.
- We deliver nationwide through trusted couriers (TCS, Leopards, M&P, PostEx and others).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during sale periods, public holidays or due to courier delays.
- Please provide a complete address and an active phone number — our team may call to confirm your order before dispatch.
- For COD, where the courier allows it, you may inspect the sealed parcel before paying.
Returns
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition with tags, and in the original packaging. A return may be accepted in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or size
- The product is significantly different from what was described
- You changed your mind (item must be unused and unopened)
Some items are not eligible for return — for example perishable goods, innerwear and personal-care products, and made-to-order or customised items — unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email info@shopnow.com.pk or call/WhatsApp 0343 1999076 within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, the reason, and a photo if the item is damaged or defective. We'll arrange a pickup or share return instructions. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PKT).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days — back to the original payment method, or via bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash for Cash on Delivery orders. Original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our or the seller's error (wrong, damaged or defective item).
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund (including delivery charges) at no cost to you.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched at no charge. Once shipped, an order can't be cancelled but may be returned under this policy after delivery.
