Shipping policy

At Shopnow, we confirm each order by phone before dispatch to ensure accuracy and a smooth delivery.

Order Verification

• We call within 24 hours of your order (business days).
• Orders are dispatched only after successful phone confirmation.
• If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, your order may be cancelled.

Estimated Delivery

• An Estimated Shipping & Delivery date appears at checkout.
• We aim to deliver on or before this date. If delays occur (weather, courier issues, operational exceptions), we will notify you promptly.

Delivery Areas & Carriers

• Nationwide delivery across Pakistan with reputable courier partners.
• Remote or restricted areas may require additional time.

Shipping Fee (Current Offer)

• Free Delivery on orders under Rs 2,000.
• Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

• All shipments are trackable. A link/SMS is shared after dispatch.

Address Changes & Failed Delivery

• Address changes are possible before dispatch only—please contact support immediately.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or repeated failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery may require additional charges.

Inspection on Delivery

• Please check the parcel at delivery. If packaging is damaged or you suspect a defect, take clear photos/video before unboxing and contact us within 24 hours.
