Refund policy

We’re here to help if your item arrives damaged or defective.

Return Window & Eligibility

  • Return/refund requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is damaged on arrival or defective (manufacturing fault).
  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, color preference, or wrong size ordered.

Condition Requirements

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags/labels/manuals and original packaging intact.
  • Any free gifts/bundled items must also be returned.

Non-Returnable Items (unless defective)

  • Personal care items, cosmetics, undergarments, worn apparel, opened consumables, items with tampered hygiene seals, and customized/clearance items.

Who Pays Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping for approved returns.
  • If the delivered item was damaged/defective, we cover or reimburse standard return shipping after verification.

Proof Required

  • Please provide your order number, clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, labels, and the defect/damage, plus a short description.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders, if applicable). Bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer size exchanges. Please review product details and sizing before ordering.

Returns Without Approval

  • Parcels sent back without prior approval/RMA may be refused or delayed.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery:
  2. Share your order number, issue description, and photos/videos (product, defect, packaging, labels).
  3. If eligible, we will send return instructions and your RMA reference.
  4. Pack securely in original packaging with all accessories. Write the RMA on the outer box.
  5. Ship to our Returns Address (provided in the approval email) and share the return tracking number.
  6. After inspection, we will confirm approval/denial and process your refund if approved.
